Second in row

Normally I go to the gym every second day except the weekends, a regular schedule for monday, wednesday and friday unless anything else, like work, comes in between. But, since I’ve been away on a business trip I tried to get back in the schedule again and I took a session both on thursday and friday, and here follows the results for friday.

General feeling: No bigger issues here. It was heavy and I had to rest longer than usuall, but it felt good then and also not sore at all. Awesome!

Overhead Press
5 x 37,5 kilos

General feeling: This was heavy, and as you can see I failed on the fourth set and only managed 4 reps. Bummer. But I’ll regroup and get back next time.

Deadlift
5 x 110 kilos

General feeling: Personal record! and it was though. Not impossible since I managed all 5 reps, but it was the hardest I’ve tried so far. But all new weights will be a new record.
