Weights and hockey

I’m still terribly bad at this blogging thing. Sorry. Anyhow, here’s a little something about the last work outs. First the gym, no biggie, I did my job and it was quite ok. Bench press was a bit hard but still doable. General feeling was good, so I’ll fast forward to the results.

Most interesting this week though is that I finally got back on the ice and stepped in between the pipes again! It was fun, but my god was it hard! I didn’t stop more than like 5 pucks for the entire hour. I was SOOO bad. But never give up huh? I’ll be back again next week for more practice and being lit up!
